• Locate the video on You Tube
• Click the ‘embed’ link, untick the 3 boxes (include related videos etc)
• Choose the colour you want and Choose 560 x 340 as the size (or choose a larger one if you have more room)
• That will generate some code that you can copy
• Paste this code into your blog post
• If it’s a bit too wide you could slightly change the code to make it fit, for example 540 x 328. You’d just need to parts of the code so that 560 becomes 540 and 340 becomes 328 

You can use an image software program to make sure the width and height are in proportion.
