Invoices.rpt Error in Actinic

You’ve gone to print an invoice from within Actinic and received the following error:

Error in File C:\Program Files\Actinic v9\Invoices.rpt:

Request cancelled by the user.

Or words to that effect.

It’s most likely a printer issue. Either the printer is not plugged in, not turned on, or not set up properly to work with Actinic.

Go to print the invoice (or packing list) as usual but go to Printer Setup when the dialog box comes up and make sure Actinic is trying to use the correct printer.
