Locate the video on You Tube
Click the ‘embed’ link, untick the 3 boxes (include related videos etc)
Choose the colour you want and Choose 560 x 340 as the size (or choose a larger one if you have more room)
That will generate some code that you can copy
Paste this code into your blog post
If it’s a bit too wide you could slightly change the code to make it fit, for example 540 x 328. You’d just need to parts of the code so that 560 becomes 540 and 340 becomes 328

You can use an image software program to make sure the width and height are in proportion.

Credit Memos in Magento

Credit memos in Magento behave a bot strangely. If you are using SagePay Form and use the DEFERRED option whereby SagePay authorise the value of the transaction but it’s up to you to take the money, then you WILL be able to alter the quantity of items when you raise a credit memo, but if you are using SagePay Form with the PAYMENT option you won’t.

In either case the way to do the credit is this: if your total order value is £25 and you want to credit £15, enter £10 in the Adjustment Fee box. The Shipping and Handling box will be filled in with the value of the shipping (leave that as is) and leave the Adjustment Refund box empty.

In other words you enter the amount you want to keep rather than the amount you want to refund.
