Matrix23 is run by me, Rob Butler. I have been working with the Actinic Software since 2006 and have encountered a number of different issues with Actinic. I set up the Actinic Support section in this blog to help anyone currently using Actinic eCommerce software find solutions to the problems they may be experiencing.
