"I can honestly say that to date Matrix 23 have been the best web design company and consultancy I have ever dealt with since my e-commerce business started 6 years ago. Their knowledge of e-commerce and Actinic is second to none and although I have been using Actinic for some 5 years now, since using Matrix 23 to do the new website using V8 I have learned the most about SEO.
The brief was to revamp completely our current actinic V7 site and add much more features and benefits and also build the site with SEO in mind. As you do I approached several companies for their views and prices. Due to the size of our current database and the heavy Actinic customisation that was already present, some of the Actinic resellers did not actually want to get involved due to the complexity – perhaps over their heads!
Matrix 23 gave a quotation very quickly after discussing the brief and also at this point went through any potential hurdles and hiccups that we could be faced with!
The design of the site was the first element to crack on with and this was done working with Neil who is very competent and has a good eye for detail. The next process was to integrate the design within Actinic and bring over our current huge database. This was a complex issue but was worked through!
Since the initial launch we have continuously worked on the site with Matrix23 on various aspects of design and SEO. Matrix 23 have proved to be absolutely fantastic and working evenings and weekends to get things sorted!
